Tuesdays with Morrie

Its a great movie that i watched last Thursday. Great old man with great people loves.

He said.. " "Once you learn how to die, you learn how to live." I wanted to live like him. With no regrets surrounding with everyone who loves me with support in every way.
If I wanted to learn how to die I must ready to die then only I will learn how to live.
He said again..."Forgive yourself before you die. Then forgive others."
It might be hard for me to forgive myself with all the best opportunity I ever wasted, but as what I learn from him before live with no regrets. Everything happened for reasons. 

Lastly i remembered he said... "You closed your eyes. That was the difference. Sometimes you cannot believe what you see, you have to believe what you feel. And if you are ever going to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them too-even when you are in the dark. Even when you're falling."

Cooking theraphy. Lets cook !

Ikan Masak Stim Limau

There's few recipes how to cook "Ikan Masak Stim Limau"


Recipes 1 :


  • 2 batang serai (diketuk)
  • 1/2 inci halia (diketuk)
  • 1/2 inci lengkuas (diketuk)
  • 3 ulas bwg putih (diketuk)
  • 5-7 biji cili api (diketuk)
  • 1 sb sos tiram
  • 1/2 sb sos ikan
  • 4 sb jus limau campur (limau nipis + limau kasturi)
  • 4 sb susu cair
  • 1 biji tomato (dibelah 4)
  • 1 labu bwg besar (dihiris)
  • sedikit daun sup & daun bawang (dihiris)
  • 1 biji cili merah (dihiris)
  • sedikit garam
  • 1-1½ liter air
  • sedikit cendawan dan bunga kobis
  • 1 sb tepung jagung (dibancuh dgn sedikit air)

Cara-cara

  1. Didihkan air di dalam kuali. Masukkan serai, bawang putih, halia, cili api dan lengkuas. Kemudian masukkan ikan. Gunakan api sederhana.
  2. Kemudian masukkan bawang besar, sos ikan, sos tiram, cili merah, cendawan, bunga kobis, daun sup dan daun bawang. Kacau dgn perlahan.
  3. Akhir sekali, masukkan susu cair, jus limau, garam, tepung jagung dan tomato. Biarkan merendidih seketika. Tutup api, dan hidangkan.


Recipes 2:


  • Ikan Siakap
  • Bawang putih cincang
  • Cili padi cincang
  • Halia dirincik halus
  • Bawang besar dirincik halus
  • Serai dirincik halus
  • Daun limau purut
  • Sos ikan (menggantikan garam)
  • Air limau nipis
  • Sedikit gula
  • 1 sudu teh minyak masak
  • Secawan air (untuk lebih berkuah)

Cara membuatnya:

  • Gaul ikan siakap dengan sos ikan. Kemudian tabur semua bahan yang dihiris tadi.
  • Taburkan sedikit gula
  • Siram air limau nipis dan kemudian sesudu minyak masak (utk melembutkan ikan)
  • Kukus selama 20 minit
  • Masukkan daun limau purut dan kukus lagi dalam 10 minit.
  • Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
